St. OSWALD’S CHURCH BELL RINGERS IN HOOE Invite you to SEE THE BELLS and FEEL THEIR WEIGHT ! The bells are rung before each service by a small but very keen and regular group of bell-ringers. There are 5 bells between 5 – 11 cwt (hundredweight) at St Oswald's, but they can be pulled by anyone of any age - you will soon learn the “knack”. Come along, have a chat and a coffee and see if learning a traditional, local and social skill is for you. You can ‘take hold’ at an introduction most Saturday mornings between 9.30am and11.30am.
